How to Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open Press2DN and sign in to your account.
2. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.
3. Tap My Profile.
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
5. Review the warning, then tap Continue.
6. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete Account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• Personal information removed: Your name, email, handicap index, GHIN number, and home course are permanently erased.
• Matches anonymized: Your scores and match results remain intact for other players, but will display "Deleted Player" instead of your name.
• Follows removed: All your follower and following connections are deleted.
• Login deleted: Your authentication account is permanently removed. You will not be able to sign in again with the same credentials.
• This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Alternative: Request Deletion by Email

If you are unable to delete your account through the app, you can request account deletion by emailing james@veragolf.com. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
