By using Press2DN ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Press2DN is a golf trip game tracker that helps groups manage scores, games, and settlements during golf trips. The app is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Impersonate other users or provide false information.
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the app by automated means.

Games and Settlements

Press2DN tracks friendly games between players. The app facilitates record-keeping only. All settlements are made directly between players via external services (e.g., Venmo, Cash App). Press2DN does not process, hold, or transfer any funds.

Pricing

Press2DN is currently free during beta. We plan to introduce a per-trip fee after launch. Pricing changes will be communicated in advance within the app.

Content and Data

• You retain ownership of the data you enter (scores, player names, etc.).
• You grant us a license to store and display that data to other players in your matches as part of normal app functionality.
• We may delete inactive accounts and associated data after 12 months of inactivity.

Disclaimers

• The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of handicap calculations, scoring, or settlement amounts.
• We are not liable for any disputes between players arising from the use of the app.

Intellectual Property

The Press2DN app, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Press2DN and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

Third-Party Services

Press2DN may link to third-party services such as Discord for community discussion. These services are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Financial settlements between players are handled independently outside the app using services of the players' choosing — Press2DN does not process, facilitate, or assume any liability for those transactions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Press2DN and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Press2DN, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app or your violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting james@veragolf.com.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
