Press2DN ("we", "our", "the app") is a golf trip game tracker. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

• Account information: When you sign up or sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address.
• Golf data: Scores, handicap indexes, match results, and game configurations you enter into the app.
• Device information: Basic technical data such as browser type and screen size, used solely for bug reports you choose to submit.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the app (scoring, leaderboards, settlements).
• To link your account to matches and player records.
• To display your name and scores to other players in your matches.
• To send transactional emails (password resets, email verification).

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data is shared only with:

• Other players in your matches who can see your name, scores, and match results.
• Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Authentication

We support sign-in via email/password, Google, and Apple. When using Google or Apple sign-in, we receive only your name and email address. We do not access your contacts, calendar, or any other account data.

Age Restriction

Press2DN is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will delete their account and associated data promptly.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit via HTTPS. Access to match data is restricted to match members and approved followers.

Data Retention

We retain your account and associated data for as long as your account is active. Accounts that are inactive for 12 months may be deleted along with all associated data. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Local Storage

Press2DN does not use cookies. The app uses your browser's local storage to save preferences (such as your selected theme), navigation state, and in-progress wizard data. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to third-party services such as Discord. These services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices. Press2DN does not integrate with or transmit data to any payment services — all financial settlements between players are handled independently outside the app.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information in your account.
• Delete your account and associated data.
• Export your data in a portable format upon request.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. California residents have the right to request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which it is used. Data Deletion

You can delete your account directly in the app from your profile page. Account deletion anonymizes your player record (scores and match results remain but show "Deleted Player") and permanently removes your authentication account. For details, see our account deletion page. You can also request deletion by emailing james@veragolf.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
